Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all shed installation and assembly services provided by Archer Ecom Ltd, trading as Paisley Shed Installers (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Our Services

We provide shed installation and assembly services only. We do not manufacture or sell sheds unless expressly agreed in writing. All sheds are supplied by the customer or a third-party retailer or manufacturer.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and proper installation, the customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the shed is delivered in full before the installation date
  • Providing a suitable, level, and stable base
  • Ensuring clear and safe access to the installation area

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule work if site conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or differ materially from those described when the quote was provided.

Quotes and Payment

Quotes are provided based on information supplied by the customer. Final charges may vary if shed specifications, access, or site conditions differ. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

We are not responsible for defects, faults, or issues relating to sheds supplied by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the installation services provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Cancellations

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a charge where time, travel, or materials have already been committed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
